What are some lessons you learned as an intern that will impact your future career?

This internship has refined my skills in Google Analytics, marketing, and strategic networking; all skills that I will be able to use to help advance my family business and my ability to collaborate more effectively with various stakeholders.

Why did you choose Zoetis for your summer internship? 

Given the positive feedback from Zoetis colleagues about the company’s dedication to its people and commitment to ongoing growth in animal health, choosing Zoetis was an obvious decision. My enthusiasm for people, animal agriculture, and marketing made this role and company an irresistible opportunity.

Can you describe your experience as a mentee in Zoetis’ mentorship program?

I was thoroughly impressed by the support provided by the Zoetis Mentoring Program and my mentor. My main takeaway was to avoid undervaluing individuals based on their business unit, as my mentors proved to be exceptionally distinguished. Additionally, my mentor provided valuable knowledge on various career paths in marketing that I can pursue even after this internship. He also guided me in delivering stronger interpretations and understanding of email metrics, particularly those related to livestock, compared to brand emails.
