What did you love most about your role?

I’ve enjoyed being part of a team and I’ve always been encouraged to share my perspectives and bring new ideas to the table. Zoetis colleagues are always supporting you and are there to celebrate your success.

What was your biggest takeaway from your internship?

My biggest takeaway from my internship was to submerge myself in spaces that seem uncomfortable. Working cross functionally with new teams can seem overwhelming, but there is a huge fountain of knowledge available within Zoetis. Whenever you have questions or find topics you do not understand, you are met with kindness and mentorship that contributes to your learning journey.

What was your biggest accomplishment in your internship?

When a piece of equipment, or new update needs to be tested before release to customers, we will perform an early experience trial run where vet clinics can provide their initial experience insights. During my internship, I had the opportunity to create an enormous database that now holds information from the early experience trials which enables Zoetis to drive continuous improvement and deliver an exceptional experience to customers.
