What was your biggest takeaway from your internship?
My biggest takeaway was understanding the critical role of effective communication and teamwork in achieving project milestones. This experience taught me how to leverage diverse perspectives and skills within a team to drive successful outcomes. I also learned the importance of adaptability and continuous learning in a team-oriented work environment, which will be essential for my future career.
What was the biggest accomplishment you achieved during your internship?
My biggest accomplishment was being able to enhance the overall recruitment process across different business units. Through data analysis I was able to make recommendations and summarize statistics to present to our Human Resources Leadership team. My recommendations and improvements will significantly enhance our operational efficiency and allow Zoetis to attract top talent at a faster rate. Additionally, I worked on improving candidate experience which is one of the top priorities of my team.
