Dr. Michelle Larsen, DVM Named Zoetis' Working Mother of the Year

As part of the 100 Best Companies recognition, Zoetis named Dr. Michelle Larsen, DVM, its 2024 Working Mother of the Year. Michelle is Head of Diagnostic Medical Platforms & Education and mother to Leah and Landon. In her nine years at Zoetis, she has played a pivotal role in our Diagnostics business, building, coaching and leading the medical team that contributes to the launch of some of our key diagnostic products. As a second-career veterinarian, Michelle has consistently demonstrated her passion for veterinary medicine and her commitment to mentoring the next generation of veterinary leaders – all while balancing the demands of work and a busy home life. James Henegan Named Zoetis' Working Father of Year

Zoetis named James Henegan its 2024 Working Father of the Year. As Director of Learning and Enablement in U.S. Operations, James has had a remarkable 31-year career at Zoetis, excelling in roles across Sales, Learning and Development and Marketing. In addition to forming award-winning teams and guiding over 50 individuals to promotions and career advancement in the company, he is Chair of our Black Colleague Resource Group, BELIEVERS, and is a champion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
