Ester Banque Named to Reuters Trailblazing Women 2024 List

On International Women’s Day (March 8^th), Zoetis Executive Vice President and President of U.S. Operations Ester Banque was included in the 2024 edition of Reuters’ Trailblazing Women list, honoring the top women leaders in the pharmaceutical industry.

Throughout her three-decade career, Ester has advocated for gender equity and DE&I in the workplace, with firsthand experience understanding the value of feeling included and appreciated. She is heavily involved with Zoetis’ eight colleague resource groups (CRGs), including the WAVES – Women Achieving Vision, Excellence and Success – CRG.
