Zoetis Welcomes Officials to Open New State-of-the-Art Facility in Lincoln, NE, USA

Zoetis celebrated an important milestone with the grand opening of our state-of-the-art monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) expansion facility in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA, in August 2023. The occasion was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by esteemed guests, including U.S. Senator Pete Ricketts, Lincoln Mayor Gaylor Baird, and Zoetis executives, including CEO Kristin Peck, President of Global Manufacturing and Supply, Nick Ashton, and Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Communications and Chief Sustainability Officer, Jeannette Ferran Astorga.
This groundbreaking facility signals Zoetis' commitment to advancing animal wellness through pioneering innovations. Situated on the sprawling 145-acre campus in the west side of Lincoln, the facility boasts an impressive 1.4 million square feet of space, encompassing manufacturing, testing, and facility support buildings. Housing a workforce of nearly 950 colleagues operating round-the-clock, year-round, this site stands as a pivotal manufacturing hub in Zoetis' global supply network.
The Lincoln site is a key player in producing biologics, biopharmaceuticals, and pharmaceutical products tailored to the specific needs of animals. With an impressive production capacity of 1,239 finished goods, or stock keeping units (SKUs), Zoetis Lincoln is a vital link in the chain, distributing products to over 100 countries worldwide.
Zoetis' CEO, Kristin Peck, shared her excitement about the new mAbs expansion, stating, "Our Zoetis Lincoln team has always demonstrated a commitment to the world's veterinary community and livestock producers by delivering purpose-driven innovation that transforms the lives of animals, from cats to cattle."
